Some times when you are having a blockage, you can use a needle to run-up a hot nozzle to try to clear a blockage. No need to disassemble the hotend/extruder so some blockages response well to this method.

if you are using 0.2mm nozzle, try to clear the blockage with 0.15 as some nozzles has +-0.01mm nozzle
if you are using 0.4mm nozzle, try to clear the blockage with 0.35 as some nozzles has +-0.01mm nozzle
