Default T-nuts on ender or CR10 Series has sagging issue when the motor was turned off, and during printing, especially when you installed heavy Direct Drive setup, the hotend may slip downward a little due to the original T-nut design.

This Anti-blacklash nut does the job by preventing slippage. thus improve the accuracy of the prints and prevent the z rod out of sync when printer turned off due to stepper motor disabled.
