Dragon Hotend is the updated 3D printing hotend launched by Phaetus. It adopts a full metal kit, with an overall high temperature resistance of up to 500℃. The inner hole of the heat break is smooth, resulting in minimal movement resistance. As a result, the filaments effectively melt and flow smoothly without accumulation, blocking, and other problems, achieving a better 3D printing effect.
Performance Analysis
• Heat break with an ultra-thin wall thickness as thin as 0.1mm, providing excellent thermal insulation.
• Increased rigid support structure guarantees the heat break remains intact even under the impact of external forces.
• Integral frame rigid structure makes nozzle replacement more convenient without needing to grasp the heat block.
• The inner hole roughness of the nozzle and heat break is Ra0.3, allowing for smoother filament movement and resulting in higher resolution prints.
