Ultimate Guide for a Success Smith3D Printing:
Recommended Extrusion/Nozzle Temp: 220°C – 240°C (Our favorite is 235°C)
Bed Temperature: 70°C – 90°C (We use 75-80°C on PEI bed)
Storage: Cool and dry conditions, stringing is a common issue in PETG as it’s more moist absorbent compared to PLA.
Part cooling fan: 0-100%. High Fan Speed = Better Print Quality. Lower Fan Speed = Better strength as new layer melts better into previous layer, at the cost of losing a bit of details.
Printing Speed: 30~60(mm/s)
