Instructions for Cleaning, Post Curing, and Storage:
Cleaning & Post Curing:
-Fill two containers with IPA (>95%). Place the object in the first container and gently shake it or brush it with a soft brush. Soak it in the second container for about 1 minute.
-Dry the object with cold air, making sure it is fully dry.
-Place the object in the UV Curing Chamber to cure. The curing time will depend on the volume of the work piece and the optical power of the curing chamber.
Storage:
-Shake well before use and leave it for 30 minutes to eliminate air bubbles generated from the shaking process.
-Pack in an opaque UV safe bottle for ease of handling and safe storing.
-Recommended storage temperature is between 2-27°C.
-After use, filter the solution and keep it back into the opaque UV bottle on time, then place it in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Store in a cool and dry place, avoiding sunlight. The recommended temperature is between 25-30°C.
