The fees for replacement parts are separate from the cost of labor, and each part has its own warranty. The resin LCD has a 3-month warranty, the BigTreeTech board has a 1-year warranty, and 3D-printed parts are covered for 15 days.
Fixing a 3D printer can be a challenging task. For more complex repairs, we do charge additional fees. See the pricing below for more information.

Our trained staff know 3D printers inside and out. They will get your printer through calibration list so they won’t missed out issue on your printer. Applicable for Advance package and above.

We will provide an invoice for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
The cost for changing the extruder on your printer is RM50 plus the cost of the new extruder. For example, if you are replacing the extruder with a dual gear extruder that costs RM45, the total cost would be RM95.
If some issues or unavailable parts require a longer resolution time, we offer the option of renting a machine to allow you to complete any urgent printing needs. Please note that this service is only available on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
Please note that on Saturdays, the availability of our technicians may be limited. If you are unable to have your printer serviced on a Saturday, you may drop it off for testing on a different day.
We currently accept payment through cash, e-wallet, and bank transfer.
The price for our services may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of our technician. The starting price for services within the Kuala Lumpur area is RM50. Please contact us for more information. Please note that our services are only available in West Malaysia
